Project overview
Hook Apps is a specialized development company that focuses on crafting innovative solutions for the thriving betting and gaming industry. With a keen understanding of the market, Hook Apps creates a range of free-to-play and pay-to-play games and applications that expertly aid their clients in acquiring new users, retaining existing customers, and rewarding loyal players.
The challenge
Redesign responsive website and create a design system that will effectively meets the unique business objectives and satisfies the specific needs of the intended audience.
My role
As the lead product designer, my role involves collaborating closely with both clients and developers. I work to understand the client's vision and goals, and translate that into a product design that meets their needs. Throughout the design process, I work in close partnership with developers to ensure that the product is feasible and meets technical requirements. This collaborative approach ensures that the final product is not only visually appealing, but also functional and effective.
Wireframing
User Interface Design
The main aim of user interface design is to make it easy for users to achieve their goals when using an app. This involves researching and understanding what users need, and creating screens that are visually appealing and user-friendly. By doing this, the app becomes easy to use, and users are more likely to enjoy using it.
The site is fully responsive and supports desktop, tablet and mobile.
Design review after implementation
After the website was finished, I carefully looked at it and tested it from a user's point of view. I wanted to find any areas that could be improved to make the website easier to use. I gave specific feedback to the team working on the website about what needed to be changed.
